Let's celebrate our enduring US Constitution and our cherished freedoms with an accomplished guest speaker who champions economic freedom and opportunity for all New Jerseyans.

Our guest speaker for ECNJRW’s Constitution Day will be Regina M. Egea, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Garden State Initiative (GSI). Ms. Egea describes the GSI as “the undisputed policy thought leader in New Jersey when it comes to promoting common sense ideas to spur investment, innovation and economic growth.” She was the driving force behind GSI’s launch in 2017 and served as its President before becoming Chairman in April 2024.

Ms. Egea earned an MBA in Marketing from Fordham University and enjoyed a 30-year career at AT&T, culminating in the position of Senior Vice President of Global Business Marketing. She joined NJ Governor Chris Christie’s administration in 2010 and served as his Chief of Staff from 2015 to 2016. She has completed the International Executive Program at the International Institute for Management in Lausanne, Switzerland and Harvard University’s Women on Boards program. Ms. Egea has also served on her town’s Board of Education and on its Township Committee, which included the role of Deputy Mayor.
